Specialty Drug Management

Arise Health Plan has engaged Care Continuum to assist with specialty drug management related to treatments administered in the out-patient, office, or home settings. You'll coordinate your plan of care with a Care Continuum case manager to maximize information flow and arrive at quality-driven, cost-effective decisions. Care Continuum will review each treatment plan relative to evidence-based guidelines that may contain step-therapy protocols. This program applies to Arise Health Plan commercially insured businesses only.

Specialty drugs dispensed without proper authorization will not be reimbursed, and the member cannot be balance billed.
