Clear Claim Connection

ClaimCheck® and ClaimReview®

To ensure consistency of our claims payment process, Arise Health Plan implemented with McKesson’s ClaimCheck® and ClaimReview® claim auditing software. The auditing edit rationale is derived from national standards, including but not limited to CMS, professional societies, and CPT.

Clear Claim Connection®

Arise Health Plan also utilizes McKesson's ClaimCheck® application for code auditing. This web-based application discloses the health plan's payment policies for various code combinations. It can either be used proactively or retrospectively by provider's offices to understand the clinical rationale supporting a particular auditing rule.

Clear Claim Connection® is designed to make our claims' payment policies, related rules, clinical edit clarifications, and clinical sourcing information easily accessible and transparent for all Arise Health Plan-contracted providers. Clear Claim Connection® will provide results that reflect the payment policies on the current date, not necessarily the service date.
