Who is Express Scripts

Express Scripts is a national company that Arise Health Plan contracts with to process members’ pharmacy claims and to issue drug benefit ID cards. Members present an Express Scripts ID card along with a prescription at one of the approximately 50,000 participating pharmacies nationwide, including Wal-Mart and CVS.
